As part of promoting good health, Coliso Ghana is contributing enormously towards this development in raising the health standards of rural communities to the apex. Coliso project are Comprehensive in nature as infrastructural developments are coupled with extensive health education program.

A recent event organized by Coliso was the health education and screening event at Ayirebi community, where about 500 people were educated on hygiene practices and also given free health screening on eye, blood pressure, body mass index, tuberculosis and many more. People are assessed to this effect as to how they apply the impacted knowledge in their endeavors through health committees set up in every community Coliso partners. This in a way, helps to promote and ensure consistent good health practices.

Coliso’s advocacy on community development mainly strives on health as human health is the concern of Coliso. Akim Gyadam aside Akim Ayirebi is also a beneficiary to this project, and as such the likes of Oda Nkwanta and Akim Kotokuom are also on the verge of being part of this health promotion activity.
